In his role as Practice Principal Joe acts as the conduit between the Sales, Business Development and National Practice Delivery Teams. He is responsible for defining what solutions we take to market and how we deliver these solutions.

Joe says: "As Ron White says – “I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade. And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party." Intergen is a place where amazingly talented people come together to solve pretty complex problems for our clients. We are always looking for the chance to innovate (add vodka) and help our clients get a great result (have a party)."
