About the role

An experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Wellington.  As a Microsoft Gold Partner we continually have a large range of diverse projects to work on. This includes Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics CRM, NAV and AX, SharePoint, .NET development and integration, Consulting engagements and Technical Infrastructure. 

Supporting the Project Managers, you will be responsible for providing project administration, coordination and reporting support.  It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively, have strong organisational, presentation and time management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage several tasks at once.  

What are we looking for? 

  • A few years of experience in project coordination and/or administration, within the IT industry and in an SDLC environment. 
  • General knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools
  • A background in managing multiple projects at once with conflicting timeframes and priorities
  • Whilst not essential for the role, a PRINCE2 or CAPM (PMBOK) qualification would be a bonus.

About the role

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar strategy role, creating interfaces, interaction design, rapid prototyping and/or information architecture for large scale websites including experience in responsive web design and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience in a variety of web-related technologies developing thorough wireframes with functional annotations using Visio, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure or similar.
  • A champion for principles of usability and user-centred design.
  • The ability to collaborate with projects managers and designers to create project estimates, schedules and road maps.

Experience required

You’ll have extensive hands on project management having past experience working on complex, interrelated projects that have impacted on core business systems.

  • 5+ years proven experience in project management with the ability to plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, communications, risks and issues

Web & Digital Strategist / UX Consultant - Christchurch

About the role

This is a unique role where you will be consulting with multiple clients about developing world-class web-based, mobile and interactive solutions. You will be responsible for creating and documenting a future state vision for the client to help them understand what’s possible through technology.

What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar strategy, BA, design or web based role.
  • A passionate, motivated and client-focused individual, you will have demonstrated commercial experience in a variety of web-related technologies. 
  • Working knowledge of Content Management, Collaboration, Portal and Search technologies.
  • As a confident expert in your field you will be at ease presenting to a broad audience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your peers.
